This Russian cultivar of Helianthus Tuberosus is growing in clump near the main stem, so it won't be invasive if you harvest each year. The tubers are purple and the inside is white. The Jerusalem Artichoke's flower is yellow and will bloom between the last week of September and the first week of October.
